During the Annual Meeting in Davos, Richnerstutz delivers the temporary transformation of 25+ locations (as of 2026), including additional building façades. Over a three-week period, more than 300 people are on site, bringing construction, logistics and installation to life.
In recent years, the project has scaled significantly in both size and complexity: the team has grown from around 100 to over 300, temporary locations have increased from 13 to more than 25, and the concierge service for international clients has doubled.
A huge collective effort – and a challenge that pushes the team further every year.
And just as importantly: through smart material reuse and the use of e-bikes on site, resource consumption is reduced, ensuring the environmental footprint doesn’t scale in line with the event itself.
Scope of Services
End-to-end management of logistics, transport, accommodation, staffing, concierge services and cleaning operations
Recruitment and coordination of 300+ installers over a three-week period
Coordination of accommodation and catering for 300+ personnel
Management of concierge services for 25+ international clients
Coordination and documentation of all location handovers
Oversight of cleaning operations across all venues
