Strategy & Business Sparring

Because we know how it works. Because we know how it’s done these days. Because we know how things run in companies, clubs, and other organisations. Because we know what’s at stake. Because since 2014. Because it’s always fun. Because of heart and team love. Because it just keeps getting better.

Since 2014 …

2014

Ebi Solo.

After years of leading event productions at freestyle.ch and Bike Days Solothurn, and later heading up Project Management at Aroma, Thomas Eberle (aka Ebi) set out to create something of his own — delivering standout projects independently and with lean, talented teams.

2017–2018

Peng!

After a round-the-world trip, the call was made: full independence. That moment marked the start of Studio Eberle as a one-person business.

ab 2018

Getting started.

First big gigs like Richnerstutz at the Annual Meeting Davos and Moon & Stars Locarno set the tone for the next level up.

2020

Corona und so.

What first felt like a shock soon turned into fuel for new paths and a clearer, stronger position.

2021

Staff Booking

Together with BikeDays GmbH, Cycle Week is launched with a fresh new concept. At the same time, a new venture kicks off: staff leasing, created in response to the post-pandemic talent shortage.

2022

Very welcome.

More people join the team, and big-name projects like Weltklasse Zürich at Sechseläutenplatz follow. Studio Eberle evolves from a one-person operation into a GmbH.

2023

Bigger. Better.

The team grows to five. Landing Cybathlon 2024 by ETH Zurich becomes another key milestone, bringing in even more talent and momentum.

2024

Jack of all trades, master of none.

Nomadworks AG is founded as a staffing partner to Studio Eberle GmbH. Alongside this, Ebi steps into a one-year co-managing director role at MiZi – Made in Zürich – and joins the Move the Date association.

seit 2025

step into the Future.

Studio Eberle becomes step. The team grows to 11 people, evolving further in both creative output and organisational strength.

We work with a broad network of creatives and executors, and assemble the right team for each project. That way, we’re always exactly what you need us to be.

Fits you? Sounds like you? A bit like you? Needs you? Should get to know you? Move!
